Lunch in the park is one of my favorite summer time activities. The food bank provides free lunch to kids ages 0-18. Free lunch is an obvious reason I love it, but I also love seeing all the families out and about. It takes the kids about 3 minutes to chow down and then they are off playing while the Mommies hang out and chat. It feels so care free and the kids get to be kids. They throw bark when mom isn't watching, climb trees, play soccer, you know, all the normal kid stuff. We had Kingston with us today and we got to meet Kenley, Sydney, Chase and Mason to play with.
